How does laser treatment with Alma Hybrid™ work?
Treatment with Alma Hybrid™ offers a laser combination that promises excellent results. It combines three different energy sources into one effective method:
The CO2 laser combines the ablative, coagulative and thermal effects and thus enables fractional or highly precise focused skin treatments.
The non-ablative 1570 nm fiber laser creates a thermal effect that promotes the synthesis of new dermis. The epidermis remains intact.
How does treatment with the Alma Hybrid™ laser work?
To prepare for the treatment, the areas of skin to be treated should be thoroughly cleansed. No cosmetic products should be applied. Before the treatment, an anaesthetic cream should be applied to minimize pain so that the treatment is as comfortable as possible for our patients. The relevant areas of skin are then treated with the Alma Hybrid™ laser. Depending on the area of application, one to several treatments are recommended to achieve optimal results.
Finally, light nourishing creams are applied to the treated areas of skin. These soothe the skin and ensure faster skin regeneration. Sunlight should be strictly avoided and the skin should also be protected with SPF 50 sun cream. Depending on the setting and energy of the ablative laser in particular, a downtime of a few days to a week must be expected.
